Camels Hump Little League offers summer baseball in the Minors and Majors Divisions, which is primarily for kids who are finishing grades 3 through 6 in June 2024 with opportunities for kids finishing grade 2 in June. In the summer we really work around family vacation schedules and understand that players may miss games and practices due to vacations and camps. We also work with kids who are participating on an All Star team which may run into the beginning of the summer baseball season. So, if you've got travel plans or your player is on an All Star team, but your player has interest in playing more baseball this summer, don't hesitate to sign up.

The schedule runs for 7 weeks starting the week of July 8 through the week of August 19. Practices would likely start a week or two prior to the first game. The divisions run the same as this spring. If your player was in Minors this spring they would be in Minors this summer. If they were in Majors this spring they would be in Majors this summer. However, if players who will be in the next level up next spring would like to play a level up this summer they are welcome to. In general, this means players finishing grade 2 could play Minors and players finishing grade 4 could play Majors, but players finishing grade 4 can also choose to play in Minors. Please be sure to register for the division in which your player wants to play in this summer. 

There is not a summer softball league, but softball players are welcome to play summer baseball.

Minors games are Monday and Wednesday evenings. Majors games are Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Majors will practice on Mondays and Minors will practice on Tuesday. Practices will be at Volunteers Green. Games will be at Volunteers Green as well as at towns around Chittenden County.
